The 2020 “Best Law Firms” rankings are based on a process that includes the review of client and lawyer evaluations, peer evaluations, and additional information formally submitted by law firms. All of the quantitative and qualitative data is combined into an overall score for each firm. Firms are then ranked in one of three tiers in a number of practice areas, with Tier 1 reflecting the highest scoring firms.
To be eligible for ranking, a law firm must have at least one lawyer listed in The Best Lawyers in America© for that particular location and practice area. Hoover Hull Turner far exceeded this requirement with 10 lawyers selected for The Best Lawyers in America© 2020 list.
